A couple from Brazil, Indiana is facing sexual misconduct charges.
Indiana State Police say they launched an investigation into 37-year-old Jonathan Randall and 56-year-old Darla Randall after getting a tip from the Clay County Department of Child Services.
Both are accused of being sexually involved with a minor under 16-years-old.
They both face multiple felony charges.
