Generations has a free online program available for those living with chronic illness or their caretakers.
Generations is a non-profit organization that provides information and services to older adults, individuals with disabilities of any age, and their caregivers in Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Knox, Martin, and Pike counties.
The free online program is called “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions”.
This program begins March 30th, and two time slots are available; 10:00 am – 12:30 pm EST and 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm EST.
This is a six-week, self-management program for individuals with chronic health problems such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disease, arthritis, etc.
There is no fee to participate, and all materials and resources are provided.
Registration is required as the class is limited to 15 participants.
Participants must have a computer with a camera and microphone.
