A nurse in Gibson County is facing battery charges after police say she hurt and elderly woman in her care. According to reports, Crystal McCrary was in charge of the Alzheimer’s and Dementia wing at The Waters Nursing Home in Princeton. Police say that nursing home officials reviewed video after a resident complained of arm and shoulder pain. According to Police, the video shows McCrary pulling the woman in a violent manner, causing the woman to fall to the ground. According to the report, the victim is an 85 year old female who weighs 88 pounds. McCrary is facing a charge of battery with injury against a person with mental disability.
