An Evansville man was arrested after police say he had a BAC over four times the legal limit. He also had a child in the car.
Officers first saw 40-year-old Brandon Meriwether urinating on the side of a building in the 1200 block of East Riverside Drive.
After not using a turn signal, officers pulled him over.
They said they could smell both alcohol and marijuana coming from the car.
Police also noticed an eight-year-old child in the vehicle.
News 14 says Meriwether failed field sobriety tests and a blood draw showed he had an alcohol level of .378.
He is facing several drunk driving charges and a neglect charge.
