An Otwell man has been charged with theft following an incident at the Jasper Walmart.
Last night around 6:00 pm, Jasper Police were called to the Jasper Walmart in reference to two male subjects attempting to leave the store without paying for their items.
Officers stopped the individuals outside the store and determined that 33-year-old Brett Huffman had taken an item from the store without paying.
He was arrested and charged with Theft.
Huffman is being held in the Dubois County Jail.
