A Jasper man was arrested last night for Operating While Intoxicated.
Around 5:40 pm on Friday, Jasper Police were called to AutoZone in reference to a man who appeared to be intoxicated.
Police say they noticed the driver had damage to a tire on his vehicle.
Officers say they saw the man driving on the rim and then made contact.
The driver was identified as 25-year-old Kyle Peckinpaugh of Jasper.
He was then taken to Memorial Hospital where he was found to have a BAC of .204%.
Peckinpaugh was arrested and taken to the Dubois County Jail.
