More details have been made available about an accident on State Road 57 South.
Emergency crews in Daviess County had both lanes closed Monday morning while they worked the accident.
According to a police report, a truck collided with a semi that was hauling coal at 575 South.
First responders were dispatched to the scene a little after 7:30 am to find a coal truck overturned at the intersection.
The driver of the semi was entrapped and had to be extricated from the vehicle.
A woman in the other truck also suffered minor injuries.
INDOT was called in to clean the coal off the road.
A guard rail was also heavily damaged.
