Two parents in Evansville are being held without bond for the death of their three-month-old baby.
A grand jury indicted 23-year-old Caylin Monroe and 22-year-old Jakob Scott this week.
Investigators say they let their infant son starve to death.
Court records show the two said they ‘forgot’ about the baby and would only feed him when he cried.
The baby died back in February.
The investigation has been on-going ever since.
