The Daviess County Museum is continuing fundraising efforts for the Access to History Project.
The Museum acquired the additional space for the expansion from Daily’s Furniture a few years ago.
Museum Volunteer, Bruce Smith, says they are working on renovating the 2,000 square foot area…
The expansion also includes an ADA restroom and kitchenette.
Smith says the project has started; however, costs have exceeded the original budget…
Several area businesses have contributed to the Access to History Project.
The museum says they are very grateful for all donations received.
If you would like to donate, you can send a check to P.O. BOX 2341 in Washington.
