A Jasper man faces charges following a domestic battery incident on Tuesday.
Police Officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in Jasper where they say 57-year-old David Schaad allegedly struck another person.
Further investigation revealed, the individual had a protective order against Schaad.
He was arrested on scene and booked into the Dubois County Jail.
Schaad is charged with Domestic Battery and Invasion of Privacy.
