A Jasper man was arrested following a traffic stop on Thursday.
Jasper Police say they stopped a vehicle yesterday for driving with no headlights.
Officers on scene conducted a brief investigation and believed the driver to be intoxicated.
The driver was identified as 27-year-old Benjamin Seng.
Seng was taken to the police station for chemical testing and registered .102 on a certified chemical breath test.
He was then arrested and booked into the Dubois County Jail.
