Churchill Downs Incorporated Executives and Community Leaders will host a groundbreaking ceremony today for the new casino in Terre Haute.
The ceremony will be held at 11:00 am at the future sight of the “Queen of Terre Haute Casino Resort” on East Margaret Drive.
Churchill Downs currently owns and operates three gaming entertainment venues with over 3,000 historical racing machines in Kentucky.
They also own and operate TwinSpires, one of the largest and most profitable online wagering platforms for horse racing in the US.
