A young woman from Jasper was arrested last night for battery.
Jasper Police were dispatched to a residence just after 8:00 pm in reference to a physical fight.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that 20-year-old Makayla Montgomery battered a female subject.
The battered female subject was transported to Memorial Hospital in reference to injuries.
Montgomery was charged with Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury and was booked in the Dubois County Security Center.
