It’s another big day for area 4-H members. Today at the Daviess County Fair, check in for beef and dairy begins at 7:00 am. The exhibit building opens at 9:00 am to the public. Weigh in also begins for feeder calves and beef at 10:30 am. The Poultry Show is set for 2:00 pm. The day caps off with the Sheep Auction Photos at 6:00 pm, followed by the Sheep Show at 6:30 pm.
At the Martin County Fair, the community building opens at 5:00 pm. Sign up for the silent auction is also at 5:00 pm, along with the Oreo stacking and watermelon seed contests. The Pie Baking Contest and the Swine Show will both be held at 6:00 pm.
