According to news reports, more than two dozen people were taken to the hospital to be checked out after an incident at Toyota Boshoku last night.
The facility was evacuated. The Princeton Fire Chief says crews were working on an addition to the building when they broke through a wall into the main production floor.
The floors were being sealed in the addition, and gas seeped into the production area.
The fire chief says workers became nauseous and did not feel well. Out of an abundance of caution, 25 people were taken to the hospital, and at this point, injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
The day shift at Boshoku went on as normal today.
