Morris William Tankersley 77 of Oaktown passed away on December 11, 2022.
Morris was born on August 4, 1945 to the late Norma Jean Dingwall and Harold Tankersley.
Morris was employed by Scepter and was also a carpenter. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed; hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Those left to mourn the loss of Morris are; his loving children, Jon Tankersley (Yulanda), Christy Chambon (Doug); grandchildren, Rachelle Trabant (Daniel), Hali Chey Buse, Clayton Tankersley (Elizabeth), Kelby Chambon (Tiara); and ten great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by; his parents; an infant sister, Bonnie Tankersley. A celebration of Morris’s life will be held at a later date.
