Ronald (Ronnie) Kenneth Lewis, 71, of Washington was taken unexpectedly on January 10, 2023.
Ronnie was born to and preceded in death to Paul Kenneth Lewis, and Vera May Evans Gross on October 10, 1951. After graduation from Washington High School in 1969, he was employed by and retired from AT&T where he was a hard-working lineman.
Ronnie was an honest, hard-working, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was an avid hunter, farmer, loved to camp and spend time at the river. Ronnie served in the National Guard, was a card carrying member of the NRA as well as a member of Bethel Church in Washington.
Ronnie is survived by wife of 28 years, Lisa Jill (Clark) Lewis, children Michele Lewis Fisher, Ashley and Max Cartledge, Melanie and Rick Jones, Amy and Dustin Heady, Heather and Drue Lane, Carly Legg, and Coy Bateman. Ronnie was blessed with 21 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Ronnie gifted his body for science research with cremation to follow. A celebration of life will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations are being asked to be made to
