A structure fire at Party Pack One, located at 1011 West Walnut St., broke out yesterday afternoon. Firefighters were called to the scene at 2:48 p.m., according to the police report. By 2:51 pm, Rescue 8 had arrived on scene and requested utilities. At 4:44 p.m., Engine 8 was reported back in service, and the water department cleared the scene at 4:45 p.m. Later that evening, at 5:57 pm, Extra Patrol was requested, with no one allowed in or out of the building. No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
