Two groups of 5th and 6th graders from Washington Upper Elementary have earned their place at the VEX IQ 2023 Indiana State Robotics Competition at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on March 25th. These two teams, 88872B and 88872C, will compete against more than 350 robotics teams from elementary, middle, and high schools across the state. The championship is expected to be the largest in the country. Coach Lisa Emmick expressed her immense pride in her team, saying, “Words cannot begin to describe how proud I am of these kids and this team.
