Aaron and Amanda Bourland of Bicknell were arrested by the Indiana State Police for allegedly neglecting their four children. Detective Nick Hatfield found that the children were living in poor conditions and were not receiving proper medical attention. The children, ranging in age from 2 months to 13 years old, had little food to consume. The Knox County Prosecutor’s Office filed charges against the couple for Neglect of a Dependent, a Level 6 Felony. The couple was arrested without incident at their residence and is currently being held on bond at the Knox County Jail. The children are in the custody of the Indiana Division of Child Services.
