Doris Ann Quinn passed away from this life on Sunday, April 23, 2023 in Evansville, Indiana at the age of 88. She was born on October 10, 1934 in Wheatland, Indiana.
Doris is survived by one daughter Vicky Keifenheim husband Donald, two stepdaughters Debra Wilson husband Kelly, Pamela Harrawood husband Dean, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one great great grandchild on the way one daughter-in-law Penny Keller, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Doris is preceded in death by her husband Robert Quinn, one son Kenneth Keller, one granddaughter, Brandie Moyer, father James Willis Parker, and mother Hazel Downey Parker.
Doris graduated from Vincennes University with an associate degree in business. She worked for the city of Washington for many years and worked for the State of Indiana certifying the Funeral Directors Licensees for the state of Indiana. Doris is a member of the Moose Lodge, Rainbow Girls, and the Women’s Better Business Bureau. Doris loved her family very much! She loved to spend as much time with them as much as she could. Working crossword puzzles, watching television, and traveling to Florida in the winter was her favorite things to do. Robert and Doris loved to walk the beaches and enjoy the warm breeze off the ocean. She will be deeply missed by all!
Funeral services celebrating the life of Doris Ann Quinn will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at the Central Christian Church, 10 West Van Trees Street Washington, Indiana at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be Pastor Dan Sherar. Interment will follow in the Sugarland Memory Gardens.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 9:00 AM until service time at the church.
