Lawmakers have closed out the year at the statehouse after a marathon sprint to the finish Thursday night.
At 2:30 in the morning state lawmakers got a state budget passed.
Governor Eric Holcomb said that he will gladly sign the budget.
Among 1-point-5-billion in education funding it includes a whopping expansion of the state’s school voucher program, health funding, and pay raises for state lawmakers and state police troopers.
