Today is The Great Washington Smoke-Off at Eastside Park.
15 chefs will be smoking the provided meats which includes a mystery meat they’ll have to prepare.
$5 gets you the opportunity to sample the fantastic goods and help evaluate what the chefs prepare and tasting starts at 11 am.
WAMW’s Cannon Shake and Brian Emmons will be judging the pulled pork competition.
