The Indiana Department of Transportation will restrict southbound lanes of U.S. 231 in Huntingburg starting May 8 for drainage improvements. A flagger will control traffic flow, and a 12-foot width limit will be in place. The work is scheduled to end in July and will only take place on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. INDOT urges drivers to stay alert and slow down near crews.
