Patricia Anne Collins, 68, of Danville, formerly of Shoals, passed away June 14, 2023 at Hendricks Regional Hospital, Danville, Indiana. Born June 12, 1955 in Albany, Georgia, she was the daughter of John and Muriel (Jenkins) McGuire.
Patricia graduated from Shoals High School with the Class of 1973. She then attended Vincennes University-Jasper and earned an Associates Degree in Medical Coding.
Surviving are her son, Thomas Hochgesang, of Brownsburg; siblings, Carolyn McGuire, of Danville, Keith (Karla) McGuire, of French Lick, Yvonne (Dave) Abel, of Bloomfield, and Pamela (Joe) Reed, of Danville; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Steven Collins; and brothers, John McGuire III and Stephen Wayne McGuire.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Queen-Lee Chapel of George Funeral Care in Shoals, with David Smith officiating. Burial will be at Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service hour on Wednesday at Queen-Lee Chapel.
