Timothy Allen Head, 54, of Patoka, was arrested by Indiana State Police following a criminal investigation into allegations of child molesting. Detective Toni Walden initiated the investigation after receiving information about Head’s alleged misconduct with a female under the age of 14. The investigation revealed multiple instances of molestation between the summer of 2020 and May 29, 2023. It was also discovered that Head had provided alcohol to the juvenile on multiple occasions. The Gibson County Prosecutor’s Office reviewed the case and issued a felony arrest warrant. Head turned himself in and is currently held on bond at the Gibson County Jail.
