Starting this Monday, road restrictions will be in place between Monroe City and Vincennes as INDOT crews undertake asphalt patching.
During this time, traffic flow will be directed by a flagger.
The project, consisting of two phases, aims to enhance State Road 61.
These lane restrictions mark the first phase, with the second phase, which includes asphalt resurfacing, anticipated to commence in the spring of 2024.
Work is expected to continue through the end of December.
