Kenneth Harold Hall, 72, of Odon, Indiana, passed from this life to Heaven, with loved ones by his side, on Friday, October 13, 2023 at his home. He was born on September 9, 1951 in French Lick, Indiana to William E. and Virginia M. (Groff) Hall. Kenny married the love of his life, Linda Leone (Atchley) Hall on November 18, 1977.
Kenny was a US Navy Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the Odon United Methodist Church and Odon VFW Post #9627. Kenny worked as support staff at NWSC Crane, retiring in 2007 with 34 years of service.
Family left to cherish the memory of Kenny include: two sons, Gordon (Cheryl) Strange of Orlando, FL and Troy (Yamile) Strange of Fort Payne, AL; one daughter, Darla (Doug) Tompkins of Bloomington; grandchildren, Curtis (Miranda) Strange, Evan Chestnut, Alec Strange, Noah Tompkins and Cooper Tompkins; great-grandchild, Charlotte Strange; brother, Bob Hall of Virginia and sister, Wanda Girkin of Washington.
Kenny was preceded in death by: his parents, his wife, Linda Leone Hall and brother, Bill Hall.
Funeral services to honor the life of Kenny will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at Meng Family Funeral Home in Odon with Adam Cissell officiating. Kenny will be laid to rest in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Odon. Military graveside rites will be presented by the US Navy Honor Guard and Odon VFW Post #9627.
Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
