Mary Jane Carrico, 79, of Loogootee, passed away at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2023 at The Legends Village.
She was born November 1, 1943 in Loogootee, Indiana to the late Edgar McGuire and Eslie (Reese) Ward.
Jane loved to sew and could often be found working in her sewing room.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Carrico Jr.; parents, Edgar McGuire and Eslie Ward; siblings, Rick McGuire, Bob (Mary Rose) McGuire and Kenny (Ethel) McGuire.
Jane is survived by her children, Bill (Michelle) Carrico and Sheila Chambers, both of Loogootee; grandchildren, Cody and Kaitlin Carrico and Stephanie (Zak) Greene; great-grandchildren, Zoe Greene and Sidney Green; brother, Bob McGuire; sister-in-law, Jackie McGuire.
Jane wished to be cremated and no services will be held.
