Vigo County, IN – Following a tragic hit-and-run incident on Tuesday evening, 22-year-old Cedrick Rosette has been arrested in connection with the death of 78-year-old Gary Clark. State Police reported that Clark was fatally struck by a Dodge Avenger while attempting to cross U.S. 41 at Gilchrist Drive. Rosette left the scene without reporting the incident. He is now in custody at the Vigo County Jail, facing a felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
