Gibson County, IN – An early morning crash at 6:34 a.m. local time today near the Patoka River Bridge on US 41 has left multiple people injured. According to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department, a 2011 Equinox lost control after a tire blowout, crossed the median into southbound traffic, and collided with a 2004 GMC truck. Several individuals involved were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. US 41 northbound traffic was temporarily rerouted to Old 41 during the initial investigation.
