The Loogootee Police Department has announced the promotion of Captain Kelly Rayhill to Assistant Chief of Police. Assistant Chief Rayhill is a 20+ year veteran of the department and has held various roles, such as Chief of Police, for about 20 years. Assistant Chief Rayhill will continue to serve as School Resource Officer for the Loogootee School District.
