Washington Jr High 8th grade Girls made the trip to Mt. Vernon High School to play Heritage Hills Saturday morning in the PAC semifinals. Teams were tied with 1:46 left but HH went on a 9-0 run to win 46-37. They travel to Jasper tonight for the Wildcat Invite which is the Lady Vikings last tourney of the year.
The Barr Reeve Lady Vikings were back in action on Saturday morning in the Blue Chip Tourney at Washington Catholic. The Lady Vikings took a commanding lead early and won 42-12. The 8th Grade Lady Vikings run their record to 11-6 and will play at South Knox tonight in the next round of the Blue Chip Conference Tournament.
