A property damage accident in the Paoli area on Monday evening led to the arrest of Jeremy T. McCracken. State Troopers, along with Paoli Police, responded to the scene.
After EMS clearance, troopers detected signs of impairment in McCracken, initiating an OWI investigation.
Suspected marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered, resulting in McCracken’s arrest.
Following medical clearance at IU Health Hospital, McCracken is currently held at the Orange County jail on bond.
