Huntingburg, IN – Deaconess Health System and Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center have jointly purchased the former St. Joseph’s Hospital property in Huntingburg. The purchase includes 9.8 acres, including the hospital and the medical office on the south end of the property.
The new facility will focus on providing much-needed services through a partnership with Assurance Health. The project is expected to create approximately forty-five new jobs. Currently, there are no plans for additional services at this location. Renovations are set to commence immediately, with a projected opening date and further details to be announced in the near future.
