
Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb and state leaders announced the Indiana Regional Acceleration and Development Initiative 2.0, offering $500 million in economic development grants to 15 regions across the state. They are expected to generate approximately $11 billion in combined public and private investments, benefiting communities across Indiana, including Evansville and other regions. The initiative includes specific allocations, such as $15 million for Indiana First counties (Harrison, Knox, Perry, Pike, Spencer) and $30 million for Indiana Uplands counties (Brown, Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Orange, Owen).
