The Great Washington Smoke-Off is set for tomorrow at Eastside Park in Washington. Chefs from all around the region will converge on Eastside Park with their smokers and famous recipes to compete for bragging rights and prize money. Live music on the bandstand from 11:30 to 2:30pm, and for $5, you can sample the pork and vote for People’s Choice, then walk down the smokers lane and sample all the other various BBQ meats. Cooking will start bright and early at 5:30 a.m. tomorrow morning.
