The Daviess County Fair is fast approaching, with all art, crafts, and homemade baked goods to be registered at the Community Arts Building on June 22. Registration will take place between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. This year’s focus is on collecting non-perishable food items. The entry fee is one non-perishable food item per entry, or five items for six entries. Judging will occur at 4:00 p.m. The fair looks forward to showcasing a variety of talented and tasty entries. Food donations will be collected in the Community Arts and Commercial Buildings, and you don’t need an entry to donate. All collected food will be given to local food banks.
