Two local businesses will be teaming up this Sunday to get students ready for back-to-school in Washington. RTC Communications will be once again giving away free backpacks to students this year, full of needed school supplies, but this year they have teamed with Cold Cuts inside Studio M in the Cherry Tree Plaza to add free haircuts for students too. Adria with RTC says the haircuts were a natural fit to add and something they have wanted to provide, along with some extra fun for the kids too.
The free event is Sunday with haircuts starting at noon, and the backpack distribution and mobile gaming trailer will be there from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Cherry Tree Plaza in Washington.
