James W. Mischler, 32, lovingly known as “Weezy” passed away July 24, 2024. He was born on April 22, 1992, in Washington, IN to Carl L. and Rose M. (Faith) Mischler. Weezy was a member of the Second Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Odon. He worked several years as a laborer and was very hardworking.
Weezy was a one of a kind. He loved life and people. He had an amazing sense of humor and contagious smile. Many will tell you he was always willing to help anyone in need and had a heart of gold. He was passionate about caring for people and being kind. He loved all things with cars and spending time with his family. Weezy enjoyed fishing and playing video games with his brother, Jesse. He loved the West Fork White River and always dreamed about going back. Weezy was very stylish and loved showing off his bling. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Weezy was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents; and cousin JB Wittmer.
He is survived by his parents Carl and Rosa Mischler; brothers Josh (Heather) Mischler and Jesse (Becky) Mischler; son Terrance James Mischler; fiance Merisa Feldpausch; nieces and nephews Cassidy Mischler, Zackary Mischler, Wesley Mischler, Audrey Mischler, Jacob Mischler, Connor Robinson, Holly Mischler; and numerous friends, cousins, and extended family.
Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Weezy. Visitation will be held Monday, July 29, 2024, from 4-8 pm and Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 10-11 am at 524 Broadway Street Vincennes,IN. A Funeral Service will being promptly at 11 am on July 30, 2024, with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery following.
