(Network Indiana) JENNINGS COUNTY, Ind. — You may hear about the dangers of lightning but choose to ignore it. A lightning strike put several people in the hospital this weekend. Jennings County Sheriff’s deputies rushed to a home at Country Squire Lakes Friday. Two people, including a pregnant teenager, were hanging out around a tent in the backyard when lightning struck them both. They were taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition. Last word from the sheriff’s office is the baby is doing okay.
