Yesterday, Jasper police arrested Larry Marcum, 49, and Brenda Marcum, 28, both residing in Jasper. The incident took place at Retro Mexican Cuisine on Newton Street at 8:58 p.m. The charges against Larry Marcum include domestic battery (A misdemeanor) for striking his fiancée in the face. Brenda Marcum was charged with intimidation (A misdemeanor) after threatening the victim while officers were present. Both individuals were located, transported, and lodged at the Dubois County Security Center following the investigation.
