This September, Knox County joins the nation in recognizing National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. The Annual Suicide Prevention Walk, will take place on Saturday, September 21st, at Vincennes University’s Outdoor Track. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by an Opening Ceremony at 9:00 a.m., with the walk immediately after. Participants can choose to walk distances ranging from 0.5 to 5 miles. Local community resource agencies will also be present, offering information on services available to those in need.
