An IU student is facing an arrest warrant. 20-year-old Noah Apgar is facing an arrest warrant for raping two women. He faces serious felony charges, including five counts of rape, as well as strangulation and confinement. Both victims have accused Apgar of ignoring their pleas for him to stop, and police have gathered evidence such as witness testimonies and security footage. A warrant for his arrest was issued, but he has not yet been apprehended.
