Vincennes City officials have approved $3.1 million in bonds for the development of the Bierhaus Flats Subdivision. The decision was made during a joint meeting of the City Council and Economic Development Commission. While the city is not financially responsible for the project, it is facilitating the bond funding for the developers. Bierhaus Flats will feature 240 multifamily units on Bierhaus Boulevard, with construction possibly beginning later this year.
