The Vincennes Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs are once again partnering to support the Wreaths Across America program, honoring all veterans buried in Vincennes City cemeteries by placing wreaths on their graves. Wreaths, priced at $17 each, can be purchased by individuals or businesses. Participants are invited to attend the wreath-laying ceremony on Saturday, December 14th, and place wreaths on the graves of friends and relatives. The clubs are also seeking donations from businesses to ensure every veteran’s grave receives a wreath and volunteers to help distribute them. Order forms are available at various Vincennes locations, including the Vincennes Water Department, and were included with August and October water bills. Wreaths can also be ordered online at Wreaths Across America.org or by calling 812-882-8860. The deadline to order is November 20th.
