Nathan C. Rhodes, 39, of Dubois County, was arrested after four years of evading authorities for violating the Sex and Violent Offender Registry (SVOR). A tip received during the week of September 16 led the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office to contact the U.S. Marshal Service. Rhodes was taken into custody in Louisville, Kentucky. Further investigation revealed that Rhodes was also wanted in Crawford County for a similar offense. Rhodes is currently being held without bond at the Dubois County Security Center.
