The event kicks off with opening ceremonies at 707 East Walnut Street at 4 p.m. on Friday, with performances continuing throughout the weekend at various locations. Attendees can enjoy a multicultural lineup, including mariachi bands, dancers, food trucks, and even a community chili cook-off.
