Cheryl R. Salter, a kind, loving, and spirited soul, passed away on October 17, 2024, at her home in Bicknell, IN. Born on June 10, 1955, in Vincennes, IN, Cheryl’s warmth and generosity touched everyone in her community.
She pursued life with a joyous heart, earning her Associates Degree and embracing every moment with passion. Cheryl’s love for cooking created unforgettable memories for her family and friends, and her companionship with her beloved dog, Honey, was a testament to her caring nature.
Cheryl is survived by her sister Susan Bement (Wayne) of Bicknell, IN, along with several cherished nieces and nephews. Her passing was preceded by her parents, Duncan and Gertrude “Harrington” Salter, and her brother, Joe Salter.
Her radiant spirit and the love she shared will be forever remembered by those who were fortunate enough to know her.
There will be a visitation held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home, Bicknell Chapel.
