Ground was broken on Friday for the Country Court 5 Subdivision in Loogootee. Country Court 5 is a 32-acre, single-family subdivision that will offer 41 lots to be purchased and build homes. WL Properties are the developers of this project. This is a READI 1.0 project that was awarded $600,000 in funding and matched with public support from the City of Loogootee and the Martin Co. Community Foundation.
